About the Northampton Field Hockey Booster Club

 

The Northampton Field Hockey Booster Club is an organization established to encourage, stimulate interest in, promote, and support in various ways, the Northampton Field Hockey Teams. We also promote good fellowship, sportsmanship, respect and community involvement among the supporters and participants of the Northampton Field Hockey Team and Booster Club.

8. Angel 34 Field Hockey Award

9. Miscellaneous Gifts

Booster Club Documents: (NASD Booster Club Information)

Beginning of Season - submit the following documents to Athletic Director no later than July 31:

1. NASD Annual Booster Club Registration Form (For Current Year)

2. NASD Annual Booster Club Contribution Report (For Previous Year) - if not already submitted

3. Copy of proposed budget for current Year.

4. All officers must have their clearances completed. Click on "NASD Booster Club Information" link for more information.

5. Food Service Certification completed. Click on "NASD Booster Club Information" link for more information.

 

End of Season - submit the following documents to the Athletic Director:

1. Copy of Budget from Season

2. NASD Annual Booster Club Contribution Report (From that Year)

3. NASD Annual Booster Club Registration Form (For Next Year) - If known at the end of the season
